fly over mountains, laugh at the ocean

This made me laugh until I cried. Penguins, off-the-wall British humour, Terry Jones.

In other YouTube news, Whatever this morning has earwormed me with "Xanadu", causing a completely bizarre and inexplicable desire to see the movie again. There's just something about all the cheesy 80s dance routines and horrible clothes and hair. I'm not sure this is an auspicious way to start a four-day weekend. On the upside, actual internets!

Last Night I Dreamed: multi-dimensional adventures of some sort, including hiding on the roof of a bad guy's carriage on the edge of a cliff in a giant cavern. Also, for some reason, a swimming gala at my old junior school.

I believe it was a BBC April Fools gag. Pretty good.

You mean it's taken a whole month to get to SA? Gosh, even swallows fly faster than that. *Watching out for them here, have they left there yet?*

& yes, it was a BBC April Fool thing. If only they'd had Sir David Attenborough present it it'd have been one to go with Richard Dimbleby's Spaghetti Harvest!
