Mostly I have in speech: I don't beat myself up about one incident per day, I figure that's allowed. (It may have slipped slightly higher during the worst of reg and orientation, but is back down). I tend to feel that the written world is a whole different kettle of profanities, though, since I really don't overuse it and will pull it in only moments of extreme stress.
