My sympathy, as I have had this thing for WEEKS now, too. It alternates between hammers and a really sore throat as some of the gunk decides to trickle out and relieve the pressure a bit. I am thinking decapitation would be a pleasant reprieve. I am hell to live with like this, anyway! (And when I take the Yellow Pills of Codeine Bliss I'm no use either.)
