Ah, yes, then you know exactly how weird the drilling feels - inside your skull like that, it feels as if they're using an approximately foot-wide drill and going a metre deep. I lie there thinking "but I don't have that much skull!"

Fortunately medical aid will catch most of it, although it'll allow me to blow right through my savings plan allocation before the end of the month. Doesn't bode well for the rest of the year...
