They haven't so far replied to my web form submission, sigh. Stv points out that I can phone internationally fairly cheaply through Skype, so if they haven't replied by the end of today I'll give their helpline a try tomorrow. Which is a horrifying thought because my French really isn't up to it, and it's not a given I'll get a consultant with good English. Aargh.
