One bout of gym, and the sole came off my really old running shoes. So I hie me forth to the local mall to acquire new ones. On the way, I pop into the music store to discover that, by a random freak of fate, they not only have exactly one Belle & Sebastian album, it's exactly the one I'm looking for. (The Life Pursuit). So I buy it, as a self-motivatory reward for going back to gym.

When I get home, the techno-jinx has, for no adequately defined reason (I've changed nothing) neatly removed all audio capability from my computer.

Tchah.

But I ache all over from gym. In the best possible way. Although I need something like an IPod if my brain is not to dribble restfully out of my ears as I gaze, slack-jawed, into the middle distance and cycle like a fiend.
