I certainly don't want to condemn the film outright, I definitely think its achievements in terms of powerful women are streets ahead of most action movies - like you, I'm glad they made the attempt. What worries me, though, is the unequivocal reactions along the lines of "feminist masterpiece". I think we're in dangerous territory for women watching the film to think that that's all that feminism can ever achieve, because it's extremely partial and there are whole areas of patriarchal wossname which the film is absolutely not interrogating, but which are being swept under the rug by the desperate desire to claim the film for feminism. I respect what the film's trying to do, and therefore it deserves interrogation and to be called out on the bits of it that are still unthinking and problematical.
