Next time I'm in CT, I will have to make a plan to eat at Overture. Perhaps you could join me!

There is an outrageous restaurant near us called The Herbfarm. We save it for special occasions, it's very spendy, but oh so worth it. They grow nearly all there own ingredients, and source what they can't grow from nearby. They base their menu on whatever is available seasonally, so there's a fixed menu that changes a few times throughout the year. They do wine pairings, and send out a parade of courses (8 or 9) so you have to go hungry. Also, they have 2 potbellied pigs that you can step out to feed between courses. Named Basil and Borage. I have a picture somewhere of Craig feeding them :-D
