Nope, definitely 15ml, just a tablespoon for slight added moisture/shortening, the original recipe doesn't have any added liquid but I like them to spread more.

Macadamia nuts are only marginally more expensive than pecans or walnuts or what have you here, and the effect is different enough to justify the chunk they take out of my baking budget :>. Please note that if you substitute peanut butter for the macadamia butter you will be re-inventing the original recipe and the results will be quite different, peanut butter is stiffer and doesn't seem to have such a high oil content, so the biscuits will be far less short and more doughy, you'll probably have to roll in balls and squish with a fork rather than plopping down piles.
