Tea is good for you! Fact! The BBC says so!. *proudly justifies 6-cup-a-day Earl Grey habit*. It's all about rehydration.

The shuffle play on RealPlayer has just presented me, in short order, with Belle & Sebastian's "Another Sunny Day", the Cure's "Lovecats" and the Dandy Warhols's "Bohemian Like You." Clearly the Cosmic Wossname requires me to be bouncy. Recking not the vagaries of the weekend (sudden gastric 'flu to the solar plexus) and the current headache (probably blood sugar on account of not having eaten much lately), I shall endeavour to comply.

[bounce, bounce, etc]

Actually, it's just switched to "Bela Lugosi's Dead". Perhaps I'm off the hook.

Ah, flavonoids. One of my favourite words, mostly because while I have no idea what they actually *are*, they are always cited as being Good Things (TM), and they are found in chocolate and red wine. Anything that can help me rationalise my addictions is okay by me.

'Spose I should try to switch coffee habit to tea habit. We get such yucky Earl Grey in the office, though. Mind you, the coffee is pretty nasty too sometimes...

Absolutely the only way to treat a decent Earl Grey addiction is to carry your own supply of Twinings with you at all times. I'm contemplating having an emergency few teabags mounted behind glass in our kitchen, with a "BREAK GLASS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY" notice. (Running out of Earl Grey is definitely an emergency, for innocent bystanders as much as me).
