My efforts fail to grip, 'tis true:
dolts leave the lecture halfway through.
Good preparation checks my tears:
outside the door, they're munched by bears.

Tchah! and she says metre and rhyme are hard. *applauds wildly*. Spot on, although insufficiently ruthless. The aim here is buckets of blood.

That took quite a long time, with scratched out lines on a pad of paper and lots of gazing off into the distance, thinking of rhymes.

As for violence, I'll try harder next time :)
